Adventure retreats are a fun and immersive experience. Retreats are dedicated days we have all agreed to set aside so that we can be more present with our selves, nature, and one another. Getting back to nature and doing a daily personal practice along with health eating and good company is a recipe to releases stress and inspires the soul. Each day of the retreat we make time for wisdom teachings, body, mind, and spiritual disciplines, and excursions. Hiking, kayaking, waterfall chasing, biking and other fun activities are scheduled daily. Group classes such as yoga, chi kung, meditation, breathwork, and conscious strength training also happen on a daily basis.
